My husband has a vibrating pulsing sensation in groin n sometimes when he standing up it goes down leg what could this be?

Pinched nerve: Would need more information to be accurate, but this is possibly a pinched nerve from his back. There cn be other reasons but the vibrating and pulsing sound like nerve sensations. It is best to get this checked if it is new-to find out why it has happened and to treat before it worsens
