Check thyroid level: You should have your thyroid level checked first to make sure you are not hyperthyroid on the medications. There are other conditions that can cause insomnia such as anxiety but these usually do not cause sweating which usually results from your body's thermoregulation. Make sure that you do not have a fever and if symptoms persist have your vitals checked and a comprehensive blood test.
