It's unlikely that: eating a meal rich in either oxalates or purines would cause an immediate increase in your symptoms. Calcium oxalate kidney stones take a while to form. A diet high in purines can also contribute to gout. Since the diagnosis is uncertain, you should follow up with your doctor. Meanwhile, stay well hydrated to limit crystal formation in case you actually do have kidney stones or gout.
