Relax: There's an old story that hitting the nevi on your face with a razor will turn them to melanomas. I'm not aware of any reason to think this is true. You want these removed eventually, though a nevus in his shaving area didn't harm Mr. Schwarzenegger or any of hundreds of millions of other men. Melanomas on the face in young guys almost never happen. Get it removed when you feel like it.
