See an ENT: It could be nothing but as you are alluding to, clear salty fluid coming from the nose is concerning for spinal fluid. If you have enough coming out, i would get a sealable small clean dry and catch as many drops as you can so they can run a beta-2-transferrin test on it. You will need about 1/2 a teaspoon worth of fluid to test it. Of course it could just be allergies or a cold!
