LPR? Sure its gas?: Feeling full of "gas" may reflect malabsorption of food (like gluten, lactose), intake of poorly digested food, or choosing foods known to promote gas (beans, fizzy drinks). Sometimes its more complicated--a stomach emptying too slowly, bacterial overgrowth syndrome, delayed intestinal function, partial obstruction from any cause, infection, rectum problems, & pelvic pathology outside the gut.

Once you think: about cancer it will be difficult to prove you wrong. Gassy is a common thing and you are not the only one, if that helps. Gas X or simethicone usually does a great job, without prescription. However, once you mention cancer, it will be useful to check with your doc and obtain a history, physical examination, and a discussion if there is any worry. You are young, cancer is rare. Discuss with doc!
