You should try to notice what brings on the symptoms, and additionally make an appointment to see your primary care doctor. If a referral to a G.I. doctor is needed, your doctor can facilitate that. Try to avoid gas causing foods like beans, and other foods which you may think cause you to have gas. Eat earlier in the evening chewing with your mouth closed and take otc gas med eg Gasex. Gaseousness is not a sign of pancreatic Ca. Pancreatic cancer usually causes little symptoms till late. There is a very high chance that you dont have it. Good luck
