Stop kicking walls : You'd need an X-ray to be sure it isn't at least a hairline fracture - as the symptoms you've stated are too general to say without a clinical examination. Check with your doctor first chance you get. Feel better, good luck & try not to kick any more walls anytime soon.

Possibly: Most likely it is a contusion, however patients have been known to sustain foot fractures after kicking walls. An exam and xray will give you an exact diagnosis and treatment if needed. Best wishes!
