Natural foods: It is important to eat fresh and natural foods. The more processed the food the less nutrition is in it. Most importantly don't eat empty sugars from drinks and baked goods with processed flour. It is also important to have enough healthy fats like coconut and olive oil. Take a look at paleo type diets.

Fresh is best: Greens, beans, berries, onions, mushrooms, seeds & other sources help the immune system. Fruits & vegetables are high in nutrients & low in calories. Go lean with protein. Many web sites have healthy tips, recipes and ideas for eating. Balanced diet, good exercise (for better breathing, blood circulation, & other benefits), & good sleep all work together to improve health.
