Your question? :): I'm not 100% clear what you're asking, but here goes: the dermoid and the irregular bleeding are not in ANY way related. The dermoid (if that's what it is) will 100%need to be removed surgically at some time: they continue to grow and can eventually rupture (which is very bad.) Generally removing a dermoid when smaller is better than waiting for it to get large. Hope this helps you.
