A member asked:

Is it ok to walk as much as tolerable during first 2 weeks and then during 8 weeks after inguinal hernia surgery or are there any risks with walking too much during theses periods respectively?

Surgery: You may want to speak with your surgeon regarding the activity. Usually it all depends on the surgery and post op complications on how much activity you can tolerate. Besides no heavy lifting post op I am not sure if there's any other contraindications. But speak with your doctor first.
