Happens sometimes: rotavirus vaccine is a live attenuated virus, so sometimes the babies will have some increased flow or diarrhea. it sounds like your baby is recovering fine. I think that this vaccine makes things much better for these babies, so it's worth a little tummy upset and green poop. I would not say that this will continue with all of his doses, so don't worry with each one.
