Clarification: Lumbar degeneration, the discs, facets change with age, and can compress nerve roots to cause leg pain. Treatment based on severity of symtoms..Conservative i.E pain meds, physical therapy, epidural injections, more aggressive treatment based on severitty of symptoms.
