Are you ill?: You can have sensitive skin and muscles all over your body, if you are feverish from a viral illness or the flu. Other possible causes would be environmental contacts that irritated you or localized trauma to those areas. I can't give you a lot more information without more detail on your end. See your doctor if it is getting worse.
