Weight loss: is always of concern. If most of the weight loss was in the first 2 weeks around the surgery, and your weight has stabilized now it is Ok not to worry. If the weight loss has been steady over the last 2 months, it is of concern and further work up will be needed including malabsorbtive states and full review of your tube feeding formula as well as daily meds- topamax, (topiramate) specifically.
