Can stomach cramps, back pain, nausea, and and upset stomach be a sign of early labour or just a stomach bug. it has been like this for 2 weeks now.

2 weeks: If you have been having these symptoms for 2 weeks that is too long for early labor. That also does not really sound like a stomach bug. I would schedule a visit with your doctor for evaluation.
