Should not: Not from the tail bone fracture. However you could have had other injuries that caused it. I would guess that you are taking medications that are causing it though. Pain meds can cause constipation and anti-inflammation meds can cause abdominal pain. In a woman your age the pain may also be Gyn in nature. If none of the meds seem to be the cause, you should see your physician.
