Should i be concerned if i'm having ibs symptoms along with a tingly feeling near my left hip/tailbone area? its very annoying.

Not concerned...: Your ibs may be referring pain to your back area. Getting your symptoms under control will help your back. You will find benefit form diet changes and chinese medicine /acupuncture. Also talk to your doctor about it. Stopping dairy and gluten, taking peppermint oil capsules and enzymes with meals has neen noted to reduce ibs symptoms.

See a doctor: Without an exam and perhaps some imaging studies if felt necessary by the examining physician there is no way in which to tell what this may be due to. A gastroenterologist would be a good place to start.
