Not typically : You have one septum made out of cartilage and bone, which divides the nose into right and left nostrils. It would be extremely unusual to have two septums. In fact, I've never read about this in any ENT literature. Maybe you're wondering if it is possible to have a septum deviated to the right and left. In that case, the answer is yes. See an ENT for an exam and they can help you.
