No: Assuming you are using barrier methods of birth control in the interim, no it is not a problem. Your menses may be somewhat delayed so don't panic. :)

Break in BCP's: Not a bad thing but you will need to use an alternate form of birth control as you are unprotected. I would also recommend that use another form of birth control like condoms for the first two weeks of the first pill pack.

Depends on goals: Not sure what you mean by bad? It is ok to stop taking birth control as long as you understand that you are no longer protected from pregnancy if you are sexually active. If you are sexually active and don't want to be pregnant then use a condom.
