Many possibilities: This is something you need to speak with YOUR doctor, the one who ordered the X-ray, about right away. Treatment obviously depends on the diagnosis, and not knowing anything about the clinical situation, suggesting any other course of action is egregious at best, malpractice at worst. Talk to YOUR doc right away.
