Diet and exercise: when performed sensibly are the best way. Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables with 80-100 grams of protein per day and no more than 100 grams carbohydrates. Reduce sugar, baked goods, pasta, potatoes and rice. Aerobic exercise for 30 minutes or more per day 5 days per week. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!
