i accidentally took 4200mg of 800mg ibuprofen, i thought they were expired so i thought i should take more...should i go to the er?

Ibuprofen overdose: It is a good idea to go to the ER and be checked. In the future please do not take expired medications and never use them above the recommended dose unless advised by a physician familiar with your health.
