No but please don't: HPV would not be transferred but I would suggest not using someone else's menstrual cup. That seems like a bad idea. Menstrual cups are covered in blood and simple boiling can not eliminate the risk of blood transfer. It would be safer, easier and more hygienic to simply buy your own or use a maxi pad or tampon.
