Prolonged bleeding: If you have had unprotected sex, obtain a serum HCG test (quantitative) to check for pregnancy. There was not sufficient information to comment on other potential causes of this kind of bleeding, but if the test is negative, see your healthcare provider for a pelvic ultrasound. "Fibroids" (benign tumors) can cause this as well.
