Not really a cure: Keratosis pilaris usually resolves as you get older. There is not really a way to cure it but the mainstay of treatment is moisturizers and keratolytics (things that break down keratin in the skin). These are preparations with lactic acid or salicylic acid. Using mild soaps or non-soap and avoiding hot showers can also help. Dermatologists may offer other treatments such as lasers.
