No treatment: Is need it it is not a serious condition and will disappear before age 30. Any medication or laser treatment will be only temporary improvement. If concerned, see a dermatologist for evaluation.

Many Approaches: Your moisturizer is helpful and wise but prescribed exfoliants also reduce symptoms as do topical retinoids (often known as 'retin a'--they keep hair follicle from being plugged). If severe, laser therapy has been used as well. Some exfoliants are over the counter while other are prescription strength and require you to see a health provider. Control rather than cure is the goal.
