What is the full potential damage w/ fluoroquinilones? experiencing tendon pain. feel like my body is degrading. now stomach starting to really hurt.

Side effect: These antibiotics can cause tendonitis. Any antibiotics can cause stomach upset too. I would try to contact the MD who prescribed the medicine to see if you can switch to another class.
