Healthy diet...: Ever heard the saying that "a six-pack is made in the kitchen"? It is an oversimplification; however, to lose fat a healthy diet is imperative! Eat whole, nutritious foods. LOTS of fresh veggies, some lean proteins, and healthy fats (avocado, raw nuts, coconut oil). Eat small meals 5-6/day and drink LOTS of water. Exercise daily, but listen to your body and if your ankle hurts, pick a new activity
