Post op bleeding: Many OB/GYN doctors do what is called a "partial" hysterectomy, leaving the cervix in place. The canal can have abnormalities which can cause visual bleeding. Another (very rare) cause involves remaining ovarian tissue. Scar tissue at the apex of the vagina can also cause bleeding. See your healthcare provider asap for an exam and testing.
