went to doctor with lump on shoulder that is slightly painful when pressed on. she said my scapula was protruding bc weak muscles. second opinion?

Two things: scapula is on the backs and can "wing" from muscle or nerve issues. Push against a wall and see if both scapulae do the same. Lump on shoulder sounds like a different item. See orthopedist.
