I am a school bus driver. i've been sick every month this year. could the 2 be related or could i face a more serious problem? no other odd symptoms.

Sick in what way?: If you mean you've had colds or coughs every month it's probably related to the fact that as a school bus driver you are being exposed to lots of viruses.
