Need more info: The answer to your question is highly dependent on what type of surgery you had, when you had at and how much blood you lost/level of difficulty of your surgery. I would start first by contacting the surgeon who performed your surgery. He/She can provide a much better insight on what's going. Fatigue can be do to the amount of blood that was loss due to the fibroids.
