Over the past four days I've had brief and intermittent symptoms of pressure/throbbing in my left temple, eyes watering from the opposite side as my tear ducts and unfocussed vision. What could it be?

My eye waters constantly and becomes very irritated and swells below the eye. I have tried a tear duct flush at an eye specialist at the N17 hospital and that was a waste of money. I have tried all kinds of Tobrex (Alcon) products and nothing helps.
