Dacryocystitis : it's possible you have an infection of your lacrimal sac. It's the structure that the tears flow through on the way to the nasopharynx. If it doesn't resolve see your eye care specialist to get a diagnosis

My eye waters constantly and becomes very irritated and swells below the eye. I have tried a tear duct flush at an eye specialist at the N17 hospital and that was a waste of money. I have tried all kinds of Tobrex (Alcon) products and nothing helps.
