Normal: Flushing of the cheeks with activity can be normal in a three year old. .

Observe: Observe for signs of excessive sweating, respiratory difficulty or wheezing with exercise, and if these occur, please see your pediatrician. Her cheeks may be red due to exertion and vasodilation. Provide hydration before and after running.
