Was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis in 2010 and been on humira since 2013. Recently found out my Si joints are almost completely fused and facet joints are starting to fuse. Does this mean the humira hasnt been working? Im 30 years old?
Mono pct auto 9.3, up from 7.3 in April, and 6.1 in May 2021. MPV 11.4 for last year. Other labs normal. Joint & rib pain. Family history of cancer at young age. My PCP says no indication of lymphoma or leukemia. Should I seek second opinion?
Rheum workup, norm. C3, high c4, high aldolase. Workup done due to degenerative joint issues, and inflammatory issues (lungs). All else normal?
