Moderation in all...: Make sure immunizations and screenings are up to date. Eat regular diet, maintain 30 minutes or more of aerobic activity most days of week. Try to get regular sleep and relaxation! Avoid extremes of anything and unsafe activities (fast cars, ladders, bad friends, drugs skateboards,etc.). Key to longevity and good function is good genes, good lifestyle and good luck.
