Knee pain: Osgood Schlatter disease is a frequent cause of knee pain usually related to sports where there is lots of jumping, squatting, stop n go action. Icing knees before and after will help as well as ibuprofen/naproxen can help. Decreasing the offending activity or decreasing quantity of sports - rest- helps. Therapy like Airrosti or manual manipulation helps.
