Not good: Spend time with your friend whether she has one day or one decade. Rule #1 we all die, rule #2 god decides. Tell those you love that you love them because nobody is guaranteed tomorrow. Encourage your friend to ask for hospice to help with her care and they can provide support for all parties involved.
