Are there any mental health effects from watching pornography?

Probably: Everything you experience affects your mental health. There are studies which indicate adverse effects of pornography and others that dispute this. The extent of any response to stimuli is individual and has to do with genetics/physiology, environment, and past experience.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.

Compulsive watching may create brain changes like chemical addiction. Have you noticed increasing impatience if you do not have access to pornography, interference with sleep, work and relationships, and that frequency and duration of pornography sessions are exceeding what you had planned? These are types of mental health effects. Hope that helps
