?heart symptoms: You don't describe the symptoms that you experienced, but covid can affect the heart muscle, weakening it and cause symptoms such as shortness of breath or weakness. Covid can also cause blood clots which can travel to the lungs causing chest distress and shortness of breath. If you're experiencing any of these symptoms consult your MD for evaluation and advice.

COVID 19: The masturbation may be too vigorous for you if you are still in a recovery phase. You can be left in a weakened state after a COVID 19 infection with cardiac and pulmonary sequela. Might wish to hold off until you have have recovered more endurance and strength.
