Nothing, probably: It is usually advised that people abstain from sex for a week after chlamydia treatment, and for sure this is important if there was a complication, especially if the chlamydia had caused pelvic inflammatory disease. And of course no sex with a previously exposed partner until he has also been treated. Otherwise probably no harm with a new or previously treated partner.
