See below: Try to avoid fried foods, or eat them in extreme moderation and balance them with non fried food such as salads and or vegetables. Try to eat in portion control servings- take home the rest Try not to add butter or fat to your foods, if adding dressings, use low calorie alternatives and use sparingly. Chose fish baked instead of fried, healthier than red meat or a vegetarian meal.
