All food groups: Include all food groups- Protein- meat, chicken fish Healthy Complex carbs- beans, legumes, whole grains Fruits and Vegetables, and Healthy Oils- such as unsaturated fats, avocado ( good fat). Include dairy, milk, cheese, and eggs. So basically try to hit all foods, including nuts as well. Enjoy the foods you eat, and get something from each food group throughout the day. Its variety and balance
