Crash diet: A crash diet is not a scientific term. It is generally used to denote a diet that is employed to give rapid weight loss for some specifi goal e.g. Losing weight for an upcoming social function. Crash diets are usually unhealthy diets and are usually unwise to participate in.

Not good: A crash diet implies a radical change in the way your currently eating in order to lose weight . Usually a radical reduction in calorie intake. Can be dangerous, and i don't recommend it.
