Sprain or strain: A sprain is considered to be an injury to a ligament. This can be a stretching, partial tearing or complete tear. A pulled muscle or strain is an injury to a muscle. Again this can be a pulled muscle, a partial tear or a completely torn variety. Which is Worse? Pick the tendon. Pick the muscle. Pick the degree of injury. Go on pick them.
