Where??: You don't describe where you have arthritis. What joint has chips of cartilage floating in it? Assuming a larger joint like the ankle or knee, these chips can be cleaned out with arthroscopic surgery. This should improve joint function and comfort, allowing you to stay active. However, since life is a marathon rather than a sprint, you might want to go easy on activities that cause you bodily harm.
