A member asked:

How likely is it that a doctor or midwife will induce me at 37 weeks?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Indication: The key for induction of labor is indication. If there is no obstetrical indication, hospitals that adhere to the "Keystone Measures" will not permit induction before 39 completed weeks. If theres is an obstetrical indication, it will depend on the condition at what time a woman will be induced.
