No: Tartar on teeth can cause bad breath, lead to bleeding gums,and worse breath, and cause bone loss.It does not cause body odor.However,if your oral hygiene is a reflection of your daily body hygiene, then there might be the source of the body odor. Sadly,some people simply produce a more negative smell, even with good daily hygiene.See your family MD,if improved hygiene efforts don't help.Good Luck
