None recommended: All long as they are eating a proper diet, additional vitamins are not needed.

Unnecessary: If you are a vitamin family, go ahead. You can't get away from supplemental vitamins if you buy any processed foods in this country & few if any people need to add more to those in our diet. I think american kids/adults make some of the most expensive urine in the world. (since they are flushed out daily if unused).
